Abstract (EN)

In this study, Synthesis of polymer-based emulsifiers commonly used in microencapsulation of different substances, emulsifying of musk essence with synthesized polymers, synthesis of methylated melaminformaldehyde used as shell material, and microcapsulation of the emulsified musk essence with methylated melaminformaldehyde. Styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) from styrene and maleaic unhydride monomers, acrylic acid-acrylamide copolymer (AA/AAm) from acrylic acid and acrylamide and poly 2-Acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid (PAMPS) polymer 2-Acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid were synthesized as emulsifying polymers; With these synthesized substances, the musk essence was emulsified in the form of micro-droplets in the homogenizer, and their stability was examined over time. Methylated melamine formaldehyde (MMF) (in different molar ratios) commonly used in microcapsulation has been synthesized and emulsified micro-droplets were microcapsulated with these synthesized MMF. Characterization of synthesized polymers by FT-IR, NMR and TGA Characterization of methylated melamine formadehide by FT-IR and TGA high temperature stability of microcapsules with TGA, the emissions of the microcapsules at room temperature and encapsulation efficiencies were examined. The yields of the microcapsules obtained were 93,7-95,1 % for AA / AAm, 96,0-96,8 % for PAMPS and 71,1-74,7 % for SMA.
