Protection of architectural works within the law on intellectual and artistic works

Constructions are piece of social and cultural life. Because of protecting the aesthetic value of the constructions, there are interests of architect and society. A construction that take advantage of Copyrigth Law of Turkey, has to involve both character of architect and aesthetic value. If someone violate character of architect and aesthetic value, the architects uses their copyright. Like other literary and artistic Works, architects have moral and economic rights. The associate that between architect and his work is protected with copyright. These copyrights bring forward to everyone and belong exclusively architect.
