Abstract (EN)
In this study nanoparticles of CdS and Mn doped CdS was synthesized by using solvent precipitation method of sol-gel version. In the study, 3 different Mn concentrations were used to doping in CdS nanoparticles. The obtained nanoparticles were characterized by using UV-visible spectrophotometry, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and photoluninescence spectroscopy. The effects of the Mn doping in CdS nanostructures was investigated.
