Abstract (EN)

As in recent years mobbing became more active in action, this 3 part study which aims to enlight workers and managers on probable consequences of mobbing and about its structure, was introduced. In the fırst section of the study, mobbing concept, stages, effects and consequences of mobbing was introduced. In the second section, first of all definitions of motivation were explained defining motivation theories in the distinction of scope and time interval theories. In third and last part of the study, there exists results of the research conducted to find out relation between mobbing and motivation. An inquiry ,of 3 parts and 49 questions, were conducted within 30 person experimental group before being distributed to whole. Reliability results for this inquiry resulted in 0,945 alpha Cronbach. Statistical analysis of the inquiry was carried out via SPSS 15.0 and to find out the correlation and diversification of the input analysis of Kruskal-Wallis, Man Whitney U and Chi Square were carried out. In the conclusion of analysis, there is a significant relation between mobbing and motivation. According to the results, motivation of workers under the effect of mobbing get effected in negative way. It was found out that the effect of mobbing to workers was independent of age and sex input data. In addition to this, important results under the sub dimensions of mobbing and motivation were underlined. Keywords: Mobbing, Psychological Harassment, Deterrence, Motivation
