Muhammed b. Muhtar eş–Religion society and politics in shankity'sthought

In this study, we tried to examine the Constitutional Crisis in Civilization, the reasons for this situation, and the proposed solutions based on Shankity's work entitled Constitutional Crisis in Islamic Civilization/From the Great Sedition to the Arab Spring. Our study consists of three parts except for the introduction part. In the introduction, we emphasized the importance of the subject today and the need for it to be handled in terms of Islamic political values. In the first part, we examine the events of the first period of Islamic political history, Hz. Muhammed (as) will appear. We have tried to present the political experiences in the process that began with the death of the Prophet and ended with the compromises called the Year of the Congregation as it is to understand the concept of Constitutional Crisis. In the second part, we aimed to reveal how the political events experienced in the first century of the hijrah Decayed into the field of faith of Muslims and the relationship between politics and loyalty. The third part was devoted to studying proposals of Shankiti at the point of solving the current political crisis by getting rid of the ashes of the political and religious problems that have been carried to the present day.
