Abstract (EN)

Denim fabrics are the most widely used type of fabric for clothing today and the consumption of denim fabric is increasing all over the world. To be innovative has great importance in this highly competitive sector. A lot of innovations can be done to affect the performance of denim by large number of parameters within the scope of denim properties. Design of multicomponent yarns, the effects and utilities of these advanced yarns on denim fabric forms the basis of this thesis. With the design and development of these types of yarns, high value denim production is planned. In this context, the intended core-spun multicomponent (dual-core) yarns, both in the center and core can be produced by using materials. There will be a number of new design denim fabrics by using these new yarns will be planned in accordance with their purpose, performance testing and analyzes for commercialization of denim fabrics. Trials made by using same count but different blend, core material and core thickness. It is understood that these selections in weft yarn effect the performance of denim fabric such as growth, elasticity, strength and picking the appropriate weft yarn is important to have the best performance properties by this thesis.
