Abstract (EN)

Thrombophilia plays an important role in multiple abortus ethiology. The studies showed that Factor V Leiden, Prothrombin and Methylen Tethra Hydrofolate Reductase are linked with abortusOur this study planned to show if any other thrombophilia mutation or polymorphism takes role in multiple abortus ethiology. This study is also to see the rate of these thrombophilia factors in multiple abortusWe have taken the women whom have 3 or more abortus to this study and whose cytogenetics analysis is normal. The control group was chosen from women whom has 3 healthy children and has not abortus storyWe have used Vienna Lab. CVD Strip Assay to analys the mutations and polymorphisms. After DNA isolation and multiplex PCR we hybridised the product with strips by technic of western blot. By this way we analysed normal and mutant alleles for Factor V G1691A (Leiden), Factor V H1299R, Prothrombin G20210A, Factor XIII V34L, ß-Fibrinogen -455G>A, Methylen Tethra Hydrofolate Reductase C677T, Methylen Tethra Hydrofolate Reductase A1298C, Apo B R3500Q mutations and PAI-1 (4G/5G), HPA-1 (a/b), ACE (I/D), Apo E (E2, E3, E4) genotypsWe analysed 52 women as patient group, who apply to Düzce Universty Medical Faculty Hospital obstetric and gynocology polyclinic, have multple abortus story and 52 women as control group between september 2006 and june 2007The statistics of the study is counted by SPSS 12.0 packet programme. The age variable of control and patient group is analysed by T-Test. The results observed by Chi-square test and we have found linkage to Factor V G1691A (Leiden), Methylen Tethra Hydrofolate Reductase C677T, Methylen Tethra Hydrofolate Reductase A1298C, ACE (I/D) between multiple abortus.
