Abstract (EN)
The frame of this study focuses on the muris(legator) collusion. Muris is defined as an individuals who left an inheritance, a testator. The rights of heirs under the Civil Law and the legal actions they can take in case of violation of these rights will be discussed in the study within the scope of Civil Law.
