At the request of Evrenoszade Ahmed Bey, one of the Ottoman scholars of the 15th century, Mustafa bin Şücâ interpreted the compilation called Nesrü'l-leâlî into Turkish. Nesrü'l-leâlî is a booklet, containing 267 Arabic aphorisms belonging to Hz. Ali's dictionary is a in the order of Arabic Alphabet. In these aphorisms, belief, prayings and morality are handled in the sense of Islamic Belief. In this study, after giving information about the translation and commentary tradition in classical Turkish literature, the only book of Mustafa bin Şücâ, Nesru'l-leâlî commentary, was introduced and studied.
