The customer relations management'contributions to top management and an application in service sector.

It got more difficult to generate profit and sustain it in increasing competitive environment for nowadays business enterprises. As a result managers started to apply for different marketing and management techniques. Customer Relations Management is one of them. In this study, first part is deducted to marketing concept in enterprises, main elements of marketing, management concept, the explain concept of Customer Relations Management, the hıstory of Customer Relations Management, the development of Customer Relations Management at the enterprises, the dimensions Customer Relations Management and the advantages of Customer Relations Management. Second part of this study touches upon practice process of Customer Relations Management, the problems at the practice process, management function and relation of Customer Relations Management with contribution of Customer Relations Management to the top management of business enterprises. Third part involves survey I provided at Sekerbank T.A.S. for contribution of Customer Relations Management to the top management and commentaries.
