Mosul Kerkuk and Turkey's southern border securıty

Mosul problem has been created by United Kingdom. They asserts that the UK government is the owner of the Mosul and they can represent mosul in terms of legal point of view in international area. The peace was the first objective of the Turkey in Losaine Conference. Therefore the Turkish government did not focus on Mosul problem in Losaine and both sides agreed on the delay of the solution after the Losaine conference. At the end of the discussions Ankara Agreement has been signed but unfortunately it was just a temporary solution of the problem for the Turkish side. The Mosul is keeping its importance for Turkey and UK today. The Turkey interests Mosul because of historical and cultural issues. On the other side UK government believes that the Mosul is the key for the control and the management of the gasoline potentiality of the middle-east territory. In fact the British government established indirect management systems successfully during the period when they were out of the direct management of the Mosul. Briefly the global players have been changed or they changed their roles in the area in near history. In any case the security of the Turkey?s southern border is strongly related with the answer of that crucial question ?Who manage the territory ??
