Abstract (EN)

The main focus of this study is to investigate the effect of 100% titanyum (Ti) metal nanoparticules doping to poliamide 6 (PA6) and fabrics produced from those fibers. For this purpose, titanium nanoparticles are added to masterbatch and polyamide filaments with three proportions of titaniumare spinned. Then filaments are used for the production of weaved and knittted fabrics. Linear density, strength and elongation tests are carried out on yarn samples. Also, nano-particle distribution and agglomeration are investigated in fibers via SEM (scanning electron microscope) instrument images. Fabric samples are subject to stregth/elongation, optical transmittance, electromagnetic shieldingtests. Lastly, all results are evaluated.
