Abstract (EN)

In this study, in order to produce a new generation thermal interface material, waste oils and aluminum powder in different mass ratios (0.6, 0.8, 1) were mixed at different powder mixing times (0, 20, 40) and different paste mixing times (0, 10, 20). The optimal ratio of the thermal interface material produced by mixing was determined and its thermal performance was examined experimentally. In this context, twenty-seven different samples were manufactured and the heat conduction coefficient (k) of these samples was measured with the help of KD2 PRO. This study explains the effect of mass ratio change on thermal performance at all mixing times. Although the increasing reinforcement material ratio had a positive effect at first, the continuous increase showed that the thermal efficiency decreased. Considering all mass ratios, the thermal interface material with 0.6 mass ratio and zero mechanical mixing time has the lowest thermal efficiency, while the thermal interface material produced with 0.8 mass ratio and 40 minutes powder and 20 minutes paste mixing times has the highest thermal performance. was found to be high. As a result of the measurements, the effects of the mass ratio change on the efficiency, the effects of the paste mixture on the efficiency, and the effects of the powder mixture on the efficiency showed the same effects at all proportional levels. Based on the results obtained from the measurements made with 27 samples produced, all values between 0.6 and 1 mass ratios were modeled with an artificial neural network. According to the modeling, it was determined that the results obtained were in accordance with the experimental data and the experimental error was 3.5%.
