On the existence and uniqueness of the weak solution of the Navier-Stokes equations

This thesis consists of four chapters. In the introduction part of the first section, information about the importance of the turbulent flows and the events that those flows encountered in nature will be given. In the second part, notations and basic terms will be introduced. In the third and fourth parts, some results in literature about Navier-Stokes equations known so far are studied. In the third part, results on lineerized Navier-Stokes equations, namely stokes equations; and in the fourth part, results on the existence and uniqueness of the weak solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations will be given.
