Abstract (EN)
In the first part of this three-part study, after examining the basic concepts of Riemannian manifolds, the definitions of sub-manifolds, semi-symmetric metric connection and quarter symmetric non-metric connection are presented. Finally, Riemann submersions are introduced. In the second chapter, fundamental tensors in Riemann submersion defined by semi-symmetric metric connection are obtained, and theorems belonging to this connection are proved accordingly. In addition, curvature properties were compared using submersion between the two manifolds. In the last chapter, fundamental tensors and fundamental theorems are proved in Riemann submersion with quarter symmetric non metric connection, curvatures in vertical and horizontal spaces are examined.
