Abstract (EN)

As long as life goes on, it is necessary to change, learn and adapt to survive. Because of the lack of courses, transportation and socialization in previous years, it was quite difficult for adults to participate in education or training courses other than compulsory education. As we get closer to the present day, it is possible to reach the information more easily because of the increase of opportunities and the prevalence of socialization. Increasing the number of places to be taken is a big factor. While it is easier to reach adult education, special obstacles come into play. When these reasons are examined, time constraints, effect of environment, low self confidence, financial constraints and especially family responsibilities are effective. NLP techniques will be useful to classify these problems and provide solutions. The NLP offers many techniques and perspectives to help people change their perceptions. One of these techniques is the logical levels of change proposed by Gregory Bateson (Dilts, 1999). The logical level of change consists of six steps. These are environment, behavior, talent, belief and values, identity and purpose steps. The logical level of the change was analyzed individually according to demographic characteristics. 92% of the participants were willing to receive training. 11,1% of the participants in our study were 89% of the participants feel at least one step blocked. While the participants have problems, they are at the highest level of talent-beliefs and values.
