Abstract (EN)
in this study, two classical methods from BP 93, titrimetric and UV spectrophotometric, were applied for quantitative determination of Ketoprofen in synthetic mixtures, commercial tablets and capsules. Ethanol - water was used as solvent in the titrimetric method and 75% methanol was used in UV spectrophotometric method. Then, the conditions of the quantitative usage of NMR spectroscopy in the same samples are investigated. DMSO - d6 was chosen as solvent and Mandelik Asit was used as the internal standard in this method. The results of NMR spectroscopic method were compared with those found by titrimetric and UV spectrophotometric methods of BP 93 and they were statistically evaluated.
