Abstract (EN)
This thesis is consist of three chapters. In the first chapter of this work, some fundamental definitions and theorems which will be used in the later chapters are given. In the second chapter, helices and slant helices handled with the aid of basic notions about surfaces and curves in the surfaces. In the third chapter, firstly curves on the light cone Q^2 in E^3_1 investigated. Then the curves and the surfaces on the lightlike cone Q^3 in Minkowski-4 space E^4_1 have been investigated.
