Abstract (EN)
So as to supply electrical energy with defined quality parameteres, it is necessary to consider a number of criteria that are uninterrupted energy, constant voltage and frequency, balanced phase voltages, and harmonic levels of the voltage and current within the limits defined in the IEEE 519 standard. Nonlinear loads which are especially including power electronic devices cause poor quality energy due to harmonic currents and voltages. Harmonics cause additional energy losses, heating, insulation defects and shortening of life in electrical equipments. For this reason, it is important to keep the parameters in the definition of power quality limits specified in the related standards. In this study, an analysis based on the power quality parameters are performed by using the electrical data which are collected from the factories having different load characteristics in Manisa Industrial Park. Janitza UMG 511 power quality analyzer is used for the data acquisition. The analyzed data are collected over the MV and HV distribution grids. One year period of 2017 power data is investigated.
