Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine the university culture perception levels of the fourth grade students of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences. The study consists of three parts. The first part puts emphasis on culture and organizational culture, the second part emphasizes the organizational culture at universities. The third part, which develops the implementation stage of the thesis, examines the university culture perception levels of the fourth grade students of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences. In accordance with the goal of the study, in order to measure the relationship between demographic characteristics and organizational culture, a survey method is used. The survey, which consists of 30 questions, is applied to 319 students of Gazi University, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences. In examining the research results, SPSS 12 software is used. According to the results of the research, generally, in terms of dimensions of organizational culture, students have a medium level of perception and statistically significant differences are found in relationship between demographic characteristics and dimensions of organizational culture. It can be said that, universities, whose main objective is to perform an effective training process, must have an appropriate university culture that will serve this purpose.Key Words:1.Culture2.Organizational Culture3.University4.Perception5.Student
