Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the effects of learned resourcefulness and emotional dissonance on psychological contract and the direction and significance of this effect are examined.As a result of the literature researches, it is thought that learned resourcefulness will have a positive effect on psychological contract, while emotional dissonance is thought to affect psychological contract negatively. The research was carried out on a total of 203 healthcare professionals working in various positions in various hospitals throughout Turkey. In the study where convenience sampling method was used, Pearson Correlation analysis were used. Findings (N = 203) show that there is a significant relationship between learned resourcefulness and psychological contract. On the other hand, it has been observed that the relationship between emotional dissonance and psychological contract is meaningless.
