Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between teachers' perceptions regarding their personal performance and organizational resilience levels and the level of school principal's quantum leadership. The research was designed using correlational survey methods. The target population of the research consists of 4702 teachers working in primary and secondary education public schools in Düzce in spring term of 2021-2022 academic year. The research sample consisted of 409 teachers selected from the general population using a stratified sample technique. In the collection of research data, ''Scale On The Quantum Leadership Behaviours of School Principals'' developed by Erçetin, Potas, Turan ve Bisaso (2016), ''Teacher Performance Evalaution Scale'' developed by Özgenel (2019), ''The Scale of Organizational Resilience'', and ''Personal Information Form'' developed in this research were used. To analyze the data, AMOS 21 and SPSS 24 package programs were used. Descriptive Statistics Techniques, Independent Group T-Test, One-Way Variance Analysis (ANOVA), Correlation Coefficients, Multiple Variance Analysis, Regression Analysis were employed. As a result of the research, independent variables (teachers' quantum leadership perceptions regarding their principals and teachers' organizational resilience perceptions) explained 62.9 percent of the effect on the dependent variable (teachers' performances).
