Investigation of instructor?s skill level to reflect their knowledge and abilities into the education which gained by the assistance given by the administrators by means of in-service training programs

Education begins with the existance of the human beings and continues till the end of their lives. And while in-service training defines the education individuals have at work, it contributes people to improve themselves in their areas.What are the knowledge and skills level of primary school teachers they obtain in their in-service training?What is the situation about whether the primary school teachers can use the knowledge and skills levels they obtained from in-service training in their schools or not?Do the knowledge and skills levels that primary school teachers obtain from their in-service training differenciate according to their personal qualifications?Do the situation of knowledge and skills levels that primary school teachers obtain from their in-service training differentiate according to their personal skills?For the analysis of the data, SPSS 11.0 statistics programme is used. In the research, frequency, percent, chi square and statistical technics are used.Key words: in-service training, teacher, administrator.
