Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is having opinions and reviews about the identification, training of pre and post assignment and evaluation of the considerations of the administrators (principal, head assistant to the principal, assistant principal positions) in the educational facilities of the Ministry of Education for the appointment and the assessment of that.Heading survey of this research is based on the opinions of the elementary school teachers. The survey is applied in four different elementary schools in the province of Ankara. In total, 164 teachers opinions taken into consideration. From this sight, this research is a descriptive work.
