Abstract (EN)
Economical improvement, structural and social problems and technological reforms are among the factors that force the world to change. Enterprises which can't adept the change on ever field of life,convict to extinction.For a brighter future,countries and schools which are their future have to care the change more carefully.On this way, they can continue to exist.For a brighter future in the names of countries,there must be more modern schools,teachers,students and also parents which adepted to improvement. For determination the facts that prevents the change in schools,universe of this research is constituted by common and public schools which are in Düzce.Sampling group is 267 teachers which are working in these schools. The study aims at uncovering some factors hindreing changes and innovations at schools perceived by teachers. In the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the research; t test, one sided variation analysis and Scheffe test have been used.?
