Abstract (EN)

The importance of social relations is increasing in today's business conditions, where the success of organizations depends on the individual factor. Concentrating on the interaction resulting from the relationships of individuals in the network mechanisms within the organization plays a key role at this point. For this reason, the subject of the study was formed through positive, consulting and negative relationship networks in a particular network setup. It is especially wondered how negative relationships in the network setup affect the overall network. Nurses were chosen as the universe of the research as one of the profession groups that have the most negative attitudes such as intention to quit the job. In the study, data were collected from the universe consisting of 147 nurses in a hospital operating in Eskisehir province through social network survey method. The collected data were subjected to social network analysis with UCNET 6.0 program. As a result of the findings obtained, it can be stated that actors, who have more negative relationships in the network level, can also be effective in terms of positive and neutral relations. It can be said that the actors' having more negative relationships is positive and does not affect their relationship in the counseling relationship network, they can be in effective positions such as mediation in the network mechanism. It can be said that actors who have a managerial role in the network setup are generally active within the scope of the consultation relationship network. According to another finding, it can be stated that the actors, whom we can call the disliked in the network setup, can be positioned at the cutting points and therefore they can play intermediary roles in the network setup. It has been determined that the ego connections of the actors who are relatively disliked in the network arrangement may include the actors isolated from the network, as well as actors that play an effective role in terms of positive and counseling relationship networks.
