This thesis consist of three main chapters. The first chapter is devoted the introduction. The second chapter introduces with the preliminaries, definitions and necessary theorems that will be required for later use. The first part of third chapter introduces fine elements, fine rings and their basic properties. Second part, ıt has been investigated whether the matrix rings over fine rings are fine or not. The finally section of third chapter is devoted to whether the notion of a fine ring is Morita invaryant.
