Abstract (EN)
Recently, dynamic stretching is warm-up protocol that frequantly researched in field of sport sciences. Especially, in different sports of branches and different ages, it is examined the effects of performance after dynamic stretching. Aim of this study, it is to investigate the effect of Dynamic stretching on anaerobic performance and flexibility in 11-12 age group volleyball players. The sample of this study were made up 25 volunteer girls volleyball players aged 11-12. After measuring the height and body weight from the physical characteristics of the participants, vertical jump test, 20 m sprint test and flexibility test performed respectively. Experiment group participants completed dynamic stretching protocol that consist of five movements form in different days and different sets. In this research as dynamic stretching protocol, the participants applied movements 1 set, then 3 sets and 4 sets. In the protocol, all movements form was perfomed with a fluent tempo, and in the 20 m area, 14 repetitive moves are completed with 10 s rest between movements. After dyanamic streatching sets, the participants was given a five minute pasive rest time. immediately after, post-test measurements of the participants were measured. Results were analyse using SPSS software (version 24; SPSS ınc.) with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Paired Sample T-test and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test. In experimental group, results of flexibility test were found significant with all sets. Also, 20 m sprint test was found to be statistically significant in set 1 and vertical jump test in set 4. According to the results, it was found that in the 11-12 age group volleyball players, dynamic stretching positively contributes to flexibility and anaerobic performance and dynamic stretching procedure should be applied to different performance components with different volumes.
