Abstract (EN)
With the developing technology, energy efficient communication techniques become more of an issue due to continually increase on the requested data flow rate from mobile devices and techniques used to meet demand directly affect the use life of limited energy mobile devices. While creating an energy efficient communication medium, performance of system must be kept in satisfactory levels. Techniques used for this purpose should be kept in minimum levels of complexity to increase the applicability of real-time applications. In this context, optimization based works on energy efficiency and system performance has gained a great momentum recently. In this study; routing, matching between users and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) based multicast problems are considered in wireless networks that rateless codes are using. The optimum solutions of generated optimization problems have been found by using various software based tools such as MATLAB and GAMS, and as compared to these solutions less complex and energy efficient algorithms have been suggested. By the simulations been done, near optimal performance of the proposed algorithms have been shown.
