The effect of organisational culture to total quality management

We are nowadays facing great changes in the business world. The fast developments of science and technology lead the globalization and harder competition. Therefore the companies try to compete both national and international markets. Most of companies whether disappear from market or joining the other bigger companies. Total quality administration's being successful nowadays is connected with "the organizational culture. Without completing the organizational culture studies it is impossible for the organizations to be successful in total quality administration. Organizational culture has risen because of the individual's being unsuccessful in covering its needs by him. Organizations can live when they are successful in getting along well with the societies where they are in. Organizations that are not getting along with the social culture will loose their effects in time. Our aim in this study is to examine the changing administration system and the effects of this new system in whole quality administration. In our study administration, quality, total quality administration and organization culture have examined.
