Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study to determine the relationship between organizational structure, health service quality and emotional intelligence and determine the organizational and emotional intelligence effects on health service quality. The thesis has been shaped in the triangle of organizational structure, emotional intelligence and health service quality. The organizational structure is the sum of the features related to clearly determining the rules for the systematic activities of the organizations, and determining the duties and responsibilities of the employees within the framework of these rules, revealing the areas of division of labor and specialization, and how to conduct subordinate-parent relations. In this study, the organizational structure is examined in two basic dimensions as formalization and centralization. Formalization structure is the organization of activities to certain standards or standards. A centralized structure is a structure that is revealing who the decision taken at the organization level. Emotional intelligence is the individual ability to perceive his feelings and the emotions of others, And determine the difference between emotions, and to express their emotions into behavior. The health services quality is the level of health services provided to meet Expectations of those receiving services. In this context, a study was conducted for the employees in Tripoli medical center (hospital), Libya. Therefore, the sample community and consists of the staff of this center. the number of employees included in the research sample is 300. Data were collecting by questionnaire technique. The collected data were evaluated with SPSS program. In the evaluation, socio-demographic results of the participants, validity and reliability analysis of the scales were performed, and correlation and regression analysis were performed to reveal the relationship between organizational structure and emotional intelligence and health service quality. In addition, T-Test and ANOVA analysis were used to determine whether emotional intelligence and health service perception differ according to the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants. As a result of the analyzes, a negative relationship was observed between the organizational structure and emotional intelligence, and there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence, health service quality and emotional intelligence in general has a positive effect on the health service quality. According to the social and demographic characteristics of the staff, it was determined that the level of perception of intelligence and the health service quality in partially differed. As a result, the results of this study are believed to provide important evidence for managers and staff of the Tripoli Hospital (Tripoli Medical Center) and other health sector staff and managers.
