Abstract (EN)
Organizations are founded to meet the needs of the individuals that cannot meet on their own. The organizations founded by this way provide some oppurtunities to the members within their structure. The organizations should also survive in order that the oppurtunities provided are broad and continuous. Owning an organization has great importance also for the members of the organizations that will perpetuate the organizations and make use of various facilities of the organizations. Owning of the organization by its members can be achieved by obeying the rules set by the organization. However, members should have positive behaviours to enhance these rules and make it voluntarily for the sake of the development of organization and to enable a better status among the other organizations. Apart from the rules set within organization, displaying voluntary behaviours and that each member is at proper military position by obeying these behaviours is possible by that members display out-of-role behaviours and develop organizational citizenship behaviours. These voluntary out-of-role behaviours that bear a great importance for the continuation of organizations compose psychological motivation of the members and the owning of the organizations psychologically due to this motivation. As the psychological ownership of the members of organizations depends on the out-of-role behaviours of the members, the measurement of the out-of-role behaviour is also very important for organizations. This thesis prepared for psychological ownership in organizations and the measurement of organizational citizenship behaviours comprises three chapters. The first chapter is composed of literature about the terminology of psychological ownership and organizational citizenship. The second chapter consists conceptual analysis of the subjects in literature. The third chapter involves role behaviour, measurement of behaviours and attitudes likely to be observed on the members of organizations in order to measure out-of-role behaviour.
