Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between the organizational justice perception and organizational citizenship behavior of the employee and to determine the mediating role of organizational identification on this relationship. The study is conducted with 160 employees working fields of a shopping center in Afyonkarahisar. In the data analysis, it was applied Pearson Moment Correlation Analysis, One-Way ANOVA Analysis and T-Test Analysis. As result of the analyses, the examinatıon of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in terms of sub-dimensions; the effects of procedural justice and interactional justice on altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, civil virtue and sportsmanship is significant on mediating role of organizational identification. The effect of distributive justice on alturism has no mediating role of organizational identification.
