Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between organizational justice and burnout was tried to determined. This study is about five main parts. In the first, second and third part organizational justice and burnout were mentioned and gave place to theoretical explanations. The historical improvements about organizational justice and burnout ere tried to explain and gave place to description. Also about organizational justice and burnout theoreies and subdimensions were surveyed. In the some of research, gave place to results of survey which had been done in a private hospital in the anatolion side of Istanbul and the relationship between organizational justice and burnout were investigated. From the results there ise a stattistical relationship between organizational justice and burnout were determined. Regarding the relationssip between demographic characteristics and organizational justice, excep gender, there ise a partial relationship was found between age, seniority and education. In terms of the relationsshipr between burnout and demographic characteristics, there is a partial relationship was found between age and seniority except gender and education.
