Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study; to determine the interaction of organizational commitment on job performance. In the study, firstly literature review was done and organizational commitment and job performance concepts were examined. This scope of work; 208 volunteer employees were reached from 112 Emergency Service employees in Adana city center. In this research, organizational commitment and job performance are discussed. The effect of organizational commitment on job performance is explained theoretically and the hypotheses developed are examined. After all; The relationship between organizational commitment and job performance dimensions was determined and the effect of organizational commitment on job performance was determined.
