Abstract (EN)

Organizational commitment is a set of conditions which express the relationship between employees and organization, ensure that employees are to be found in the organization and enable them to act in the interests of the organization. Organizational citizenship behavior is, however, has no place in the organization's formal reward system, but it supports the organization's effectiveness and efficiency, based on a voluntary individual behavior. The Relationship Between Organizational Commitment And Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Research On Employees For Afyon Vocational School is the subject of this study. In this study, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior are examined, with the application of a questionnaire, organizational commitments and organizational citizenship behaviors of Afyon Vocational School employees' were analysed, by correlation, simple regression analyse, T-Test and one-way ANOVA variance analyse, by using the social sciences statistical packet program. According to result of analyse there is a significant relationship between emotional commitment, civic virtue and continual commitment, constientiousness.
