Abstract (EN)
In this study, it has been examined that the relationship between organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviour and intent to leave in 4 and 5 star hotels. In this context, it has been aimed to reveal the effect of the hotel employees' organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviour and intent to leave and also the effect of organizational citizenship behaviour on intent to leave. Questionnaire has been used as a method of data collection and One-Way ANOVA, T-Test, correlation and regression analysis has been used to evaluate the data. Research includes 4 and 5 star hotels in Kuşadası. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained in the study, it has been determined that dimensions of organizational commitment is related to dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviour but dimensions of organizational commitment and dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviour is not related to intent to leave. Additionally, it has been determined that demographic variables have effects on organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviour and intent to leave.
