Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to uncover the employees organizational trust levels(managers trust, coworkers trust, organizational trust), job satisfaction levels and organizational trust and job satisfaction relationship levels in a private firm. Designed study which realize the objectives of the research was applied between 137 subjects in Izmir. Survey method and survey technique was used to identify the organizational trust and job satisfaction levels. Total 22-item scale was used to measure the trust levels- Nyhan and Marlowe (1997) scale was used to measure the managers trust and organizational trust level, the Cook and Wall (1980) scale was used to measure the coworkers trust. 20-item Minnesota Job Satisfaction scale was used to measure the participants?s job satisfaction levels.According to research results, organizational trust and job satisfaction levels of participants was a little above from the middle level. Moreover, the emerged result - managers trust and the organizational trust levels may affect levels of job satisfaction, but coworkers trust level doesn?t influence the job satisfaction level.
