Thefact of organizational turst is defined as the perception of employess about the supportprovided by organization and the degree of confidence they feel to their supervisor.Organizational climate is the characteristics of the organization and its effects on the behaviorof employees. In this context, the aim of the study is to define the concepts of organizationalclimate and organizational trust and to investigate the effect of organizational trust factors onthe organizational climate factors by using statistical analysises.Key Words: Organization, Trust, Organizational trust, Organizational climate.
