Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACT Managers and employees with problems they can't their work environment, organizational silence is defined as efforts to silence expression. If employees within the organization is called organizational polyphony is to share their thoughts and their suggestions. The concept of performance to achieve the goals and objectives of individuals or communities they are implemented, as they periodically check the organization that have the point. The purpose of this study organizational silence, sonance and the determination of the relationship to assess the implications in terms of performance. The scope of this study with primary school teachers demographic characteristics (age, education, sector, service time, length of service in the school) as well as organizational silence, style and performance whether there is a significant difference between the difference between the groups, which have been analysed. The population of the study conducted in Izmir cigli County teacher 501, the sample consisted of 200 elementary school teachers. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was calculated for the reliability analysis of the research. For validity analysis, factor analysis, and frequency analysis was conducted for the analysis of demographic characteristics. In this research KMO Bartlett, Anova, Welch, Brown-Forsythe, simple random sampling method was used and correlation analysis was conducted. The value of the teachers who responded to the survey as a result of ANOVA analysis is performed and given the accuracy of the hypothesis was determined. Research with the analysis of the data obtained as a result of primary school teachers ' organizational silence, it has emerged that they have very different ideas about style and performance. This difference in age, education, time in the service sector, such as demographic variables it was observed that depending on the length of service in the school. Employees on their age, length of service on the job and in school there was a significant difference between organizational silence and loudness, it is revealed that according to. Organizational silence and organizational pluralism with no significant difference between educational status of employees was found. When it comes to performance, age, education, profession, length of service and school a significant difference between the duration of service was observed.
