The effects of organizational structure changes on individual perform motivation and productivity

The existing structures of companies, institutions, organizations and organizations in which people have spent most of their life change from time to time with and without the need. Every step of the change in the organizational structure affects the organizations seriously. These effects does not only affect the part of the change, they affect the entire organization. Perhaps it is the human element whom most affected by the change. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the positive or negative contribution of organizational structure changes to the motivation changes, performance increases or decreases that may occur on individuals who are the building blocks of the organization. In order to achieve this objective, qualitative interviews were conducted with individuals at executive level in an institution where organizational structure change was experienced after literaturere view. Through these interviews, the experiences and thoughts of the individuals were analyzed and the results were tried to be revealed.
