Abstract (EN)

Employees may be personally exposed to acts of discrimination or observe examples of discrimination in terms of a number of criteria in human resources practices at their workplaces. As a result, they may develop an organizational discrimination perception based on various criteria. In this study, under the assumption that fundamentally young white-collar employees who develop organizational discrimination perception also develop job dissatisfaction, it was analyzed whether they respond to this unpleasant situation with reactions of exit, voice, loyalty, and neglect. A statistically significant relationship was found between the employees' organizational discrimination perceptions and the reaction of neglect in response to job dissatisfaction. Therefore, as a result of organizational discrimination perception, employees react to the dissatisfaction they experience through ways such as coming late to work, not working sufficiently, procrastinating on purpose, losing work motivation and making less effort for work.
