Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, in many labour branches, It has benn economized on labour force, cost and working period by surveying time and labour. In Forest Districts, production has been made by manpower and machinery. On job security basis, it has been aimed to determine the status of the workers, and how their bodies have been affected due to tho job they have been doing. Behavior of the workers at work and their body positions will be observed sistematically and detailed information will be acumulated on working style of the workers; consequently data about time, performance and work environment will be assessed. It will be tried to designate the precautions at work so as to protect workers' health, to increase their security at work and to have a better physical efficiency at work. By determining the body positions of the forest production workers and by surveying time and labour, the most secure and the most efficient working methods will be assessed, and forest workers' behaviour will be analized ergonomically by OWAS method.
