Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to state the schools? process consultancy application levels. The sample of the research is the high schools in the city center of Gaziantep district. The sample of the study group is consisted of 410 teachers randomly chosen from 15 high schools. The data of the research has been collected by the School Process Consultancy Scale(SPCS). This scale has been developed in order to be used to evaluate the schools? process consultancy applications, and carry out validity and reliability analyses. General reliability coefficient of the scale is Cronbach Alpha ,96. The explained variation is %64, 65. In conclusion, the scale is highly reliable and has adequate internal consistency. The data of this study has been tested by the t test and the one way analyses variation tecnique. As a result of the statistical analyses teachers? perception about the general and sub dimensions of the process consultancy applications does not display a meaningful difference according to the gender, age, education level, priority, length of service in their schools, number of stafff in their schools and having training courses about studies of developing schools. However, the teachers? perception about the general and sub dimensions of the process consultancy applications displays meaningful difference according to the kind of their school.
