Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to search the effects of 8 weeks plyometric trainings, the handball players in secondry education had already been trained for handball sport history aged 15 - 18, whose anaerobic, strength, balance and sprint performance. 40 MaleHandball players aged 15 - 18 were included into this workout. The Male Handball players were divided into two groups as a control (n:20, aged 16,2) and experimental (n: 20, aged 16,3). The experimantal group practised plyometric and handball training together during 8 weeks. But the control group only continued to perform the handball training regularlyFor both group, one week earlier and after training, the anerobic power, balance and 30 metre sprint tests were done. The Flamingo Balance Test was done for the balance measurement. The Wintage Test was carried out for the anerobic power test. The analysis of the results show that non parametric test would be available as a rusult of the shapire wilk test which was performed for Normality test, Wilcoxon test was used for comparing pro and post tests of both groups. Man- Whitney U test was used for the paired groups. The data ; %95 between Confidence interval and is estimated on the level of p < 0.05. As a result, between the measurements of pre and post tests of the groups, p<0, 05 meaningfulness level was found out regarding the anerobic power balance and sprint tests. When the pre and post of the experimental group was compared, the meaningfulness was found out on anaerobic power, balance and sprint measurements at level of p < 0, 05 in statistics The meaningfulness was not found out the pro and post tests on the measurement of the control group's anerobic power and balance data (p<0, 05) in statics. The pliometric training might be thought in positive effects regarding performed anaerobic power, balance and sprint exercises, the handball players aged 15 -18, who had been training for 8 weeks and three times a week.
