Time management levels of the students studying at secondary educational

In this study, it is aimed at searching the time management levels of students who are studying at secondary. 1861 students, studying at the secondary school in Bolu central district, exemplify the study. The Time Management Scale used in the study is applied on 10 secondary education students in the central district of Bolu. Time Management Scale, was developed by Britton and Tesser and adaptation in Turkish version Alay and Koçak, is used as the data collection tool. ZYÖ has three sub-dimensions and including time scheduling (16 articles), time attitudes (7 articles), time-consumers (4articles) and a total of 27 articles. The scale is in quinary likert type and the applied group mark the most compatible one in the scale such as "Always (5)", "Frequently (4)", "Sometimes (3)", "Rarely (2)" and "None (1)". In addition, the highest point is 135, the lowest point is 27 in the scale. As a result, statistically significant difference is found in terms of school type, gender, grade level and ability of sporting (p<0.05) . These differences; According to the school type, there is a significant difference between the general time management and sub-dimension plans. General time management in terms of gender;A conspicuos difference obaerved is in sub-dimensions of time planing, time attitudes and time-spenders. According to class levels; A significant difference is observed between the time schedule of the general time management and the time-consumer sub-dimensions. Furthermore, A substantial difference emerged between the general time management and the sub-dimension scores according to the sporting situation.
