Impact of ''law and justice''course at middle schools on the development of legal consciousness of students

The purpose of this research is to be taught as an elective in the social sciences in secondary schools to develop awareness of the impact of the law is intended to determine according to the Law and Justice Course teachers and students opinions. So far in Turkey, has not been a comprehensive study on the middle school grades 6 and 7 elective taught in this course of development. Research reveals the importance in this regard. Within this study, secondary law and the effect of improving the legal awareness among students of the Justice course will be assessed by the teacher and students' opinions. Descriptive survey model was used for this and qualitative research methods. Trends towards the implementation of Affective students filled out questionnaires and personal information form, as well as Law and Law Scale Behavior Scale was used. Law and secondary school teachers asked three questions and opinions on the subject of what is the effect of improving the legal awareness among students of the Justice course is recorded. Interview on two teachers participated. In line with these results obtained, Law and Justice of the students in the course can be said to be particularly interested in training for law enforcement and legal perceptions. However, the scope of the Law and Justice classes in secondary schools in the perception of law behavior is observed rise in all sense of the law behavior scale.
