Abstract (EN)
Our study consists of 3 parts. In the first chapter the concept of fasting is explained. General information about fasting such as the nature, history, typesof fasting, the view of madhhabs about fasting and fasting person are included. In the second chapter Rumors about fasting person(within the framework of صاءم و الصاءم concept) included in Kutub al-Sittah (Bukhari, Muslim, al-Nasa'i, Abu Dawud, al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah) were detected and these rumors are given together with their Turkish translation. Firstly criticism of sanads (proofs) detected in are made, then a general evaluation of rumors included. In the third chapter, text evaluation of aforementioned rumors is made. Finally, a general evaluation of conclusion made. Keywords: Fasting, Fasting Person, Excellency Prophet, Fiqh, Hadith.
