Abstract (EN)
The study aims both to contribute historical process and to explain Turkey's Climate which changes from past to present consistently, by restructuring climatic characteristics that exist between 14th and 17th centuries in Anatolia. (Turkey's border in the present and near field.) The basic materials of study are Ottoman's chronics/annals. These are historical documents that are recorded as quantitative or qualitative of weather conditions. Chronics and archive documents include the required data because of revealing Climate of past centuries. Little Ice Age is also taken into consideration because it includes Climate variations that exist in investigated period. Before the findings are not revealed in the study, first af all, historical Climate studies in the world are analyzed. İn introduction; aim, content and method of the study are explained. İn second part, climate elements are mentioned. Finally, in third part, datas are acquired from chronics are explained.
