Abstract (EN)

İn this thesis is to create filter circuits which highly effects the performance of an electrical system, with OTA elements and compare with circuits using OP-AMP element.First, general information is given about OTA and OP-AMP elements. Bipolar CA3080 and LM13700 OTA integrated circuits, can be easily obtained in the market, are examined. Later, amplifier, filter and osilator aplication circuits which can be created with OP-AMP circuits, are designed and these designs are simulated with the MULTİSİM program. The obtained results are compared. In the sample applications, performance assessment is done among the created filter circuits, using seperately LM741 OP-AMP and CA3080 OTA integrated circuits.To conclude, it is observed that high-frequency OTA element works better compared to OP-AMP element.Keywords: OTA, OP-AMP, Ideal OTA, Bipolar OTA, CMOS OTA, DO-OTA, OTA-C Filter
